Propel Audit is built for traders who get paid in irregular lumps (prop firm payouts, performance splits, funded account withdrawals) and still have to make that money cover a predictable month.
A payout email says one number. The bank says another. And by the time the evaluations, the resets, the data fees and the tax are counted, what is left is a third number that nobody shows you.
Propel began as a set of spreadsheets, kept to find that third number: one to split each payout the day it landed, one to work out how many months of fees the reserve could cover, one to estimate the tax bill before the quarter closed, and one to model whether another evaluation was worth buying. The sheets worked as long as they were kept. Propel Audit is those sheets made dependable: the same arithmetic, with the numbers stored, each firm's rules applied per account, and one record feeding every view.
