Propel Audit FAQ

The ten questions traders ask most before they sign up. Anything else: contact us.

What is Propel Audit?

Trading analytics and planning software for prop firm and live traders. It journals your trades from a CSV, and then keeps going where a journal stops: what each payout really leaves you after evaluations, resets and fees, a split for every payout, your firm's drawdown and payout rules per account, and a tax set-aside at your own rates.

Is there a free plan, and what does it include?

Yes, and it has no time limit and needs no card. Free gives you the Light view of every page, the Dashboard and calendar, payout allocation, the fee log and the tax set-aside slider, with 3 prop firm accounts and 1 brokerage account. Paid plans have no trial: the Free plan is how to try Propel.

What do the paid plans cost?

Core is $29.99 a month and Elite $59.99 a month. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve: $299.90 and $599.90. Both unlock the Advanced view of every page and room for more accounts. During launch, a limited number of each plan sell below these list prices, with no code needed; the pricing section shows the current price and how many are left at it.

Do I have to connect my broker or prop firm?

No. Everything comes in from a CSV export you download yourself: your platform's trade history, a broker statement, or a firm's payout record. Propel never asks for a broker or prop-firm password or API key, and nothing in Propel can place, change or cancel an order.

Which prop firms and brokers does it work with?

Any. Prop firms are set up with the rules you enter (trailing or static drawdown, consistency, profit split, minimum days, payout cycle), so a firm does not need to be on a list to be tracked properly. For brokers, a set of statement presets read common exports directly, and any other CSV goes through the column mapper.

Can I track a live brokerage account as well as prop accounts?

Yes. The live side keeps realized P&L, deposits, withdrawals, dividends, interest and fees in one ledger, with a capital-gains tax model you set to your own country's rules. It sits beside your prop accounts and is never mixed into their numbers.

Is Propel giving me financial or tax advice?

No. Propel plans with the figures and rates you enter; it never tells you what rate to use, what to trade, or which firm to buy. Everything it shows is for educational and informational purposes, and anything consequential should be reviewed with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Is my data private, and can I delete it?

Your workspace is private to your account, and Propel does not sell or share it. Settings has a download of everything Propel holds about you, and account deletion removes your records from the production database immediately (backups age out within 35 days). You can also clear just your trades, or start your workspace over, without closing the account.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my records?

Cancel from Billing in one step, any time. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to Free. Your records stay where they are; only the paid features lock again.

Why are there partner offers on the site?

Propel works with a few companies we would point traders to anyway: ATAS, Lucid Trading, Blue Guardian and Vantage. If you buy through our link or code, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Each offer carries that disclosure next to its button, along with the partner's own risk warning or disclaimer. Buying from a partner is never required, and it changes nothing about your Propel account.
