Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

The rules for using Propel Audit: what the service does and deliberately does not do, how your data is handled, how plans, payments, and refunds work, and how to reach us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Propel Audit ("the Service," "Propel," "Propel Audit," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we exercise this right. Any new features that augment or enhance the Service shall also be subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Propel Audit, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Operational Framework

Propel Audit is a trading analytics and planning software designed for prop-firm traders and live traders. Its calculations are decision-support aids only and do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. Nothing produced by the Service is a projection or guarantee of returns.

Propel Audit helps users allocate payouts, track budgets and expenses, journal and log trades, review performance records, create illustrative P&L cards, and simulate tax scenarios from the data you provide. Propel does not execute trades, hold client money, act as a broker, or connect to your bank or broker accounts. It is not a regulated financial service, and no part of it constitutes portfolio management.

Propel is built using third-party software and services. By using Propel you also agree to the applicable terms of those third-party providers.

Propel Audit is hosted on infrastructure provided by Render. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work to keep it running but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that any calculation is correct for your particular circumstances.

Data enters the platform only through files you upload (CSV or similar statements), information you add manually, or, if you add a payout wallet address, the public blockchain record of transfers into that address (Section 6). Propel Audit is operated by Marcell Lőrinczi (sole proprietor and owner of the intellectual property of Propel), from Budapest, Hungary. You can contact the team at support@propelaudit.com.

4. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

All analytics, figures, and content produced by Propel Audit — including tax simulations, payout allocations, runway estimates, scaling projections, and any AI-generated outputs — are provided for informational and educational purposes only and must not be considered financial, tax, or investment advice. These outputs are generated solely from the data you provide; their accuracy depends entirely on those inputs.

Please consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making any financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. We do not guarantee profits or any particular outcome. Trading involves significant risk of loss, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Capital is at risk.

Tax Simulations and Calculations

Any tax-related figures, simulations, estimates, or scenarios generated by the Service are produced solely from (a) the tax jurisdiction you select and (b) the data, rates, thresholds, and other inputs you yourself provide or confirm. Propel does not determine, verify, update, or complete any tax rates, allowances, filing requirements, or other tax parameters on your behalf.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all tax-related inputs and for determining whether any simulation is appropriate or correct for your personal circumstances. Tax rules change frequently and vary by jurisdiction, personal situation, and interpretation. The Service does not constitute tax advice, does not prepare tax returns, and does not replace consultation with a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.

You agree that Propel has no liability for any tax, penalty, interest, or other consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, any tax simulation or calculation produced by the Service.

5. Account Registration

Account registration and sign-in are handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication service. We do not store your password. By creating an account you also agree to Clerk’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for keeping your login credentials secure at all times.

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share one account between multiple people, resell access, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

6. Data Management

Propel does not connect to any broker or prop firm via API, password, or other direct integration. You import balances, trade history, cash movements, and related records by uploading CSV files or statements that you export yourself from your broker, prop firm, or other source. You may also add data manually.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of any file or data you upload. Propel processes only the information you choose to supply and never accesses your brokerage or bank accounts on your behalf. No third-party login credentials, API keys, or session tokens are requested or stored by Propel beyond the credentials needed for your own Propel account.

You retain 100% ownership of everything you enter: trades, payouts, expenses, notes, and journal entries. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that data back to you as part of running the Service.

You can download everything we hold about you at any time from Settings, as a single machine-readable file. You can delete your account and its data from the same place. Deletion is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Payout Wallet Feature

If you choose to add the public address of a wallet you are paid into, such as a Rise account on Arbitrum, Propel reads only the public blockchain record of stablecoin transfers into that address and presents each one for you to confirm or dismiss as a payout. Propel never requests, stores, or has access to any private keys or seed phrases, or the ability to initiate or sign transactions. It asks for no login, key, or signature, and cannot move funds.

The chain is read through a blockchain node provider, which receives the public address you add. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any associations you make between blockchain transfers and specific trading accounts or firms. You may remove the wallet address at any time; payouts you have already confirmed stay in your ledger.

7. Plans and Payments

Subscriptions are sold on this site and are generally paid in advance. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Whop and its payment partners; a subscription started earlier through Stripe continues to be billed by Stripe). All plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are solely responsible for managing your plans and subscriptions.

Propel has three plans. Free costs nothing and gives the Light view of every page, the simplified version of each tool, with 3 prop firm accounts and 1 brokerage account. Core costs 29.99 US dollars per month, or 299.90 US dollars per year, and adds the Advanced view of every page, including the full Tax Center, analytics, strategies and playbooks, and the full Scale Planner, with 20 prop firm accounts and 3 brokerage accounts. Elite costs 59.99 US dollars per month, or 599.90 US dollars per year, and adds unlimited prop firm accounts and unlimited brokerage accounts, priority support, and early access to new features. A yearly plan is charged once, in advance, and costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months of the year are free. These are the standard prices. During our launch, a limited number of each paid plan are sold at a lower launch price, shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged, and it renews at that price unless we give you notice of a change as described below.

Paid plans have no free trial. The Free plan is the way to try Propel, for as long as you like. A paid plan is charged when you subscribe and then renews as described above.

Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any tax that applies where you live; any such tax is calculated and shown at checkout. A monthly plan renews every month and a yearly plan every twelve months, at the price then in force. We may change prices for future billing periods, but we will tell you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

You can cancel in one step from the billing portal, reached from Settings or the Billing page. We will not ask you to phone or email to cancel.

8. Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel, withdraw from, or obtain a refund for a purchase under the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any such rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because Propel provides digital content that is made available immediately, at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal. If you do not wish to waive that right, do not begin using the paid features and contact us within the applicable withdrawal period.

Subject to the mandatory rights described above, Propel Audit operates a no-refund policy after the digital content has been supplied and any applicable withdrawal right has been waived or has expired. All payments made under those circumstances are final and non-refundable. Propel Audit is not responsible for continued subscription charges if a customer forgets to cancel; it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm cancellation.

Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

10. International Use

Although the Service may be accessible worldwide, we make no representation that the materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in every location. Accessing the Service from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Any offer for any product or service made in connection with this site is void where prohibited.

11. Termination of Use

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith.

12. Shared Content (Trades, Cards, and Performance Records)

12.1 Posting and Sharing

If the Service allows you to post, share, or make public any content (including illustrative P&L cards, performance summaries, trade notes, or similar materials), then by posting or sharing that content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting or sizing), display, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service and its features.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights necessary to grant the licence above, that the content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party, and that you will not knowingly provide materially false or misleading information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your postings do not disclose confidential information or personal data that you are not authorised to disclose.

You represent and warrant that any P&L cards, performance summaries, or similar materials you choose to share are based solely on data you have entered and are not false, fabricated, selectively edited in a misleading way, or intended to deceive others.

You must not share or publish any P&L cards, performance results, or related materials that are false, misleading, fabricated, or intended to deceive others.

Propel does not verify, audit, or endorse any user-shared performance results. We have no obligation to check the accuracy of the underlying trades or data.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content or terminate access if we consider the content or conduct to be inaccurate, illegal, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12.2 Accessing Shared Content

You agree that we will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any errors, omissions, loss, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or shared by other users. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any such content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

You acknowledge that other users may rely on shared content at their own risk. Propel accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content shared by users.

Shared content is provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any information appearing in user-shared materials, nor for any links to third-party websites that may appear in such materials.

13. Third-Party Sites and Information

The Service may contain links to other websites or references to information, software, or services provided by third parties. These third parties are not under our control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or any other aspect of the content of such sites, nor for any products or services offered by them. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by us.

14. Intellectual Property

For the purposes of these Terms, “content” means any information, data, software, graphics, text, designs, and other material that can be viewed by users on the Service.

The Propel Audit platform, including its source code, architecture, design system, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is the sole property of Marcell Lőrinczi. All custom graphics, icons, logos, and service names are trademarks or service marks of Propel Audit. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform, source code, or Propel branding.

You retain ownership of the underlying data you provide (trades, balances, notes, etc.).

Limited licence to share generated cards

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to download, display, and publicly share the P&L cards, performance summaries, and similar visual outputs that the Service generates for you. This includes the right to post them on social media, your website, or other channels for the purpose of showcasing your own trading results and/or promoting Propel Audit.

This licence does not allow you to:

Any other use of Propel’s intellectual property requires our prior written permission.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or performance of the Service, and we are not liable for losses caused by use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propel Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in the European Union or the United Kingdom, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use or misuse of the Service, any content you supply, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

17. Participation in Promotions by Third Parties

From time to time the Service may include advertisements or promotions offered by third parties. Any correspondence or transactions you enter into with such advertisers, including delivery of and payment for goods or services, are solely between you and the advertiser. We assume no liability or responsibility for any part of such correspondence or promotion.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. You and Propel Audit agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations first.

Subject to the mandatory rights of consumers, the courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including any rights regarding the competent courts.

19. Affiliate Program

Anyone may apply to become an affiliate of Propel Audit. The current commission structure, payment terms, and conditions of the affiliate program are displayed on the platform and apply “as is.” Participation is subject to those terms as published on the Service at the time of joining or as updated from time to time.

20. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. These Terms may not be altered, supplemented, or amended except by a written agreement signed by both parties (or by us updating the Terms in accordance with Section 1).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. AI-Assisted Outputs

Any AI-assisted outputs generated by the Service are produced by our own application code hosted on Render. We do not transmit your workspace data to third-party AI providers or external large language model services for processing. Further details on data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.

22. Contact Information
