Propel Audit for prop firm traders

Evaluations, resets, trailing drawdown, consistency rules and payout cycles: Propel Audit holds every number a prop trader juggles and shows what a payout really leaves you.

A payout is not what you keep

Worked example: a $5,000 payout at a 90% split with a $25 transfer fee lands as $4,475. If $3,820 went on evaluations, resets and data fees to get there, the true net is $655. Propel works this out from your own records for every payout, and the interactive version lets you drag the figures.

Know your floor before you trade

For each funded account Propel tracks the firm's drawdown (trailing or static, and whether it locks at the starting balance), the room left to the floor, and how much profit can be requested without breaching it. Accounts close to the floor are marked Caution on the Overview.

From evaluation to payout

  1. Log what funding costs: evaluations, resets, activation and data fees, per firm.
  2. Track each account's rules: drawdown, consistency, minimum days and payout cycles, as your firm sets them.
  3. Split every payout: new accounts, capital buffer, tax reserve and investing.
  4. Know what is yours: true net after every fee, and a tax set-aside at your own rates.
